Eligibility for Refunds

- Refunds apply only to the initial purchase of a subscription. Renewals and subsequent payments are not eligible for refunds.

- No significant usage of the service should have occurred. If significant usage is detected, a partial refund may be considered, at the discretion of Braandly.
- Promotional or discounted purchases are non-refundable, unless stated otherwise in the offer terms.
Non-Refundable Circumstances
We do not offer refunds in the following situations:
- Refund requests made after 14 days from the purchase date.
- Subscription renewals or automatic payments after the initial term.
- Failure to cancel the service before the next billing cycle.
- Refunds for one-time purchases such as credits, add-ons, or special features that are non-refundable once consumed.
- Violation of Braandly LTD's Terms of Service or misuse of the platform.
- Services that have been fully utilized or consumed.
- Products or services purchased through third parties (you must contact the third party for their refund policies).
How to Request a Refund
- Contact our support team at support@braandly.com with your email and receipt number and reason for requesting a refund.
- Our team will review your request and respond within 5 business days.
- If your request is approved, the refund will be processed within 5-7 business days, depending on your original payment method.
- Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
Partial Refunds
In certain cases, such as partial usage of our services or if the 14-day window has passed but the request is deemed valid, we may offer a partial refund. The amount will be calculated based on the duration of service usage or specific circumstances.
Cancellation of Service
If you wish to cancel your subscription, you may do so at any time from your account settings. Upon cancellation, your account will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle, but no further charges will be applied. No refunds will be provided for the unused portion of a subscription term after the 14-day refund window has passed.
Subscription Renewal and Refunds
All subscriptions are set to automatically renew at the end of the subscription term. You can disable auto-renewal in your account settings at any time. Refunds for automatic renewals will not be granted unless the renewal was canceled before the renewal date.
Refund Exceptions
We may offer refunds for special cases or extenuating circumstances outside of this policy at our discretion. These cases will be evaluated on an individual basis, and Braandly reserves the right to make the final decision.
